Chairman of the Board and Managing Director, Kirloskar Cummins Limited, the Cummins joint venture and licensee in India, a company with 2000 people making almost the entire range of Cummins diesel engines and having a sales turnover of about USD 150 Million, for 3 years.

Distribution and Product Support
As CEO of CDS&S, researched and conceptualized a Distribution and Product Support Organization using Juran's technique of Quality Improvement Process.
This was pioneering work which brought about measures for Product Support and Services Documentation.
During this period undertook a variety of training activities for CDS&S and Customer personnel.
Manufacturing
Headed the manufacturing division at Kirloskar Cummins Limited and was responsible for increasing the material flow and improving manufacturing practices to expand engine production from 1500 engines per year to 3000 engines per year.

Vinita Iyer Ram is also the Founder Member and former Chief Operating Officer of Affinity Express Pvt. Ltd., the world's largest Graphics Facility.
Globally recognized as an embroidery graphics operations and training industry expert and pioneer, Vinita has been a high performance C level executive known for her visionary thinking, global perspective and entrepreneurial drive.
She is a valued advisor and key consultant to industries in many areas, with expertise in high level operational initiatives, new product / service development, process reengineering, business integration for stand alone businesses, divisions and strategic business units, for start up, rapid growth and expansion into new areas.
Vinita is known for her ability to face complex business challenges, to make high value decisions within high-pressure environments using experience-backed judgment, innovation, excellent work ethic and integrity. Anshuman Ghosh
VP Design Operations |
Anshuman combines serious design with an enjoyable work atmosphere. He specializes in Corporate Identity, Ad Design and Branding, but is comfortable with all permutations of print design. From contemplative concept work and job planning to detail oriented job execution, his approach to design involves passion for effective communication and a focus on the idea. He's accustomed to managing himself and others in order to produce well-designed pieces that communicate a client's brand effectively through various media in a quick and cost effective manner and a structured process.
Anshuman is Vice President Design Operations and heads The Studioworks Design Division and Chittlesoft Merchandising Division at Chittle Apparel Pvt. Ltd. For The Studioworks, he is responsible for all overall operations in Design for Print, Web and Digital distribution. He works with clients all over the world to provide superior and comprehensive design solutions to fit their needs. Anshuman's team specializes in bringing a sophisticated European flavour to designs, without any conflict to the customer's ethos. He also oversees Marketing and Sales. For Merchandising, Anshuman is responsible for overseeing all operations, Marketing, Sales, New Product Development and Product Delivery. He is known for excellent product design, quality and product innovation.
In 2007, Anshuman joined as AVP- Creative Services, RR Donnelley, Asia. His department had a small creative studio team and a large commercial print team in Chennai and Manila. The clientele included most of the top Fortune 500 companies and was responsible for their branding and collateral design work. It involved working with the client during their working hours and providing real-time solutions. He was also instrumental in helping the Sales team pitch for large accounts looking for creative services and helped them rebrand their presentations in an effective manner.
Prior to joining RRD, he was working as an AVP - Creative Services and earlier as a Creative Director for 3 years at a U.S based Design Company named AffinityExpress, a design facility based in Pune. His primary roles included leading and controlling key customer accounts that require Creative Services. It also required traveling to customer sites as needed in assessing customer needs and preparing proposals. On the design floor he was responsible for managing completely, day to day ops for overall Service and Support in these Key Creative accounts in terms of Quality, Delivery and growth.
Previous work experience in India's premier R&D organization, Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) as Head - Graphics Team, Corp-Comm had provided him with ample opportunities to explore new avenues in graphic design with brand management being the focus. Some of his major achievements were branding for the current supercomputer- Param Padma, creative direction to the in-house magazine, implementation of brand-guidelines across the organization.
On the academic front, he holds a B.Arch degree from BITS, Mesra (Ranchi) and did a part-time course - Dip. in F.A (6 yrs). He holds an All-India 9th rank in IIT - CEED exam for Masters in Design (M.Des) Course. He has also won several awards in technical design categories from Society for Technical Communications (STC), India Chapter.

Maya Jadhav was the former Director, Quality and Training, of Affinity Express Pvt. Ltd., the world's largest Graphics Facility.
Maya has expertise in new product / service development, setting up quality, training and documentation systems and overseeing quality, delivery and productivity improvement projects.
Maya is a Six Sigma Black Belt and is known for her organizational skills toward analyzing and streamlining processes.

Jatinder Varma
Director |
Jatinder is Director - Quality, of Quest Training (a division of Chittle Apparel Pvt. Ltd.) and is responsible for all the training activities related to Quality.
She has several years of experience in managing multiple production teams of over 100 people and coaching them towards excellence. Jatinder has successfully led multiple teams through several improvement projects.
Her statistical background and Six Sigma training, coupled with hands-on experience as Director, Operations in a large BPO, makes for a balanced skillset while imparting Quality training.
Jatinder combines natural leadership skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills to motivate and lead people towards successfully achieving goals.

Denise Chakranaryan
Director - Training, Language and Communication |
Denise Chakranaryan is Director - Training, Language and Communication in Quest Training (a division of Chittle Apparel Pvt. Ltd) and has been involved in extensive training over the last 15 years.
She has carried out various soft skill trainings and conducted workshops for schools, colleges and corporates within and outside Pune. She has also successfully taught "Spoken English" to vernacular and foreign students.
During her tenure at Affinity Express Pvt. Ltd., (one of the world's largest graphic facilities) she was solely responsible for English language, communication skills as well as cross cultural training for the entire staff of 800+ people at all levels. Her expertise in recognizing the training requirements of her customers led to her creating customized modules, rather than resorting to generic modules. She was also instrumental in creating tests and testing methods to evaluate the efficacy of any training.
Denise is known for her practical views on education and training and serves on the Managing Committees of various schools and colleges, including St. Helena's Pune and St. Mary's Junior College of Education, Pune. She is also a member of the interview panel of the John Wilson Education Society in Mumbai.
