Why attend a Six Sigma Yellow Belt
course?
The Six Sigma Yellow Belt course gives a broad understanding
of the Six Sigma improvement methodology, concepts, and language.
It also familiarises a participant with the basic process
improvement methods applied within a Six Sigma framework,
including basic Statistical Process Control Charts.
The training introduces the fundamentals of Six Sigma to
individual process owners and operators who can then act as team
members on Six Sigma projects. Not only do these Yellow Belts
gain the skills necessary to identify, monitor and control
profit-eating practices in their own processes, but they are also
prepared to feed that information to Black Belts and Green Belts
working on larger system projects.
Course objectives Upon completion of the Quest’s
Six Sigma Yellow Belt course, participants will learn how to
apply statistical methods for business process improvement
including:
