We offer a range of 5 and 6 panel caps in Blended twill, 100% cotton twill, washed twill or denim. We also offer an exclusive range of fine leather and suede caps. Every single cap is hand blocked on hard wood molded heads. They are baked in a steam oven, removed, hand shaped and put through a drying process to ensure that every cap  has and retains its shape.

 Chittlesoft's embroidery is virtually unmatched! We have the finest caliber Swiss trained artists, working on the state of the art CAD embroidery punching systems, round the clock , to provide you with quick delivery of your embroidered design.

If you  would like us to give you ideas for cap designs, our artists will prepare artworks for you to approve at a nominal charge. If you decide to place an order with us, we will waive all development charges.
