When to Use  E-learning

You can use e-learning to offer different types of necessary and optional training for your employees, for example:

Employee onboarding:

Walking new employees through initial onboarding steps, including how to set up or access their accounts, and how to use certain tools and systems

Mandatory training:

Including health and safety training that your organization requires all employees to go through

Upskilling:

Offering e-learning modules to update employees’ skills and knowledge

Software training:

Helping employees learn to use new software or a new system quickly and easily
